工作地点:非洲几内亚(懂监控和消防设备使用)


住宿及膳食均享受酒店高管待遇, 13个月薪资,税后净收入。

一年一次带薪休假,时长25天。


职责概述

GENERAL MISSION

 

负责酒店内每日安全保卫工作管理,另外也执行总经理所分派的某些行政工作,如为促进酒店的顺利运营与当地的管理机构接触办理相关的许可证等等。

Responsible for the day to day  operation of the safety and security function within the hotel. In addition, the Manager is also responsible for certain general administrative functions, as designated by the General Manager. These may include licensing as well as liaison with certain local authorities where regular contact is required to ensure the hotel is operating within local regulations

 

职责与义务

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

 

1.  指导监督本部的运作,保证巡视工作的正确执行,确保客人和同事的安全。

Supervise the safety & security departmental operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the safety and security of guests and associates.

 

2.  负责检查消防和安全救生设备的使用寿命。(例如手持式化学灭火器等等)。

Responsible for checking all fire, life & safety equipment are within the expiry limits (such as hand held chemical extinguishers etc).

 

3.  与工程总监合作对员工进行灭火、安全检查和消防疏散等基本知识的培训和演练。定期对酒店消防队进行培训演习以保证消防队伍的技术水平。

Liaise with the Director of Engineering in regards to practical training of associates in elements of fire fighting, safety inspections, evacuation drills etc. Ensure regular training sessions are held with the hotel’s fire fighting team to establish and maintain required skill level.

 

4.  确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。

Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues by safety & security officers as they record them during their patrols

 

5.  在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机的检查。遵循酒店财物管理的原则,在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。

Conduct random bag inspections of associates entering and leaving the building. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets being removed from the hotel without the proper authority.

 

6.  遵照酒店准则将偷盗事件的发生率降到最低。

Follow prescribed practices to ensure theft and pilferage of goods is minimized.

 

7.  如有需要,应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务。

Provide escort services for associates carrying cash, where required.

 

8.  在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点,以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等。

Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the hotel environs have a genuine purpose to be there and are not loitering or are present for other reasons.

 

9.  对酒店进行随机检查,以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行,如防火门的通畅,水龙带门前无设备堆放,各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等。

Carry out random checks to ensure master keys  which have been issued are all accounted for and in the possession of the staff who have accepted responsibility for them.

 

10.对酒店进行随机检查,以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行,如防火门的通畅,水龙带门前无设备堆放,各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等。

Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure that safety and practices are being followed, Fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads is sufficient etc.

 

11.对保安部员工进行讲解和培训以保持职业士气,确保员工按标准实施保卫工作。

Counsel, train and maintain the morale of the safety & security associates to ensure they are performing to the standard required.

 

12.确保有一名部门成员参加酒店内部发生的有关安全保卫的事件的处理过程。认真审阅事故报告,开展调查工作以找出事件的起因,责任人(采取必要的措施),并考虑如何在今后杜绝此类事情的发生。

Ensure a member of the department is in attendance at all safety & security related incidents within the hotel. Review reports submitted and conduct a follow up investigation to uncover how the accident/incident occurred, the person(s) responsible (taking necessary further action) and how this can be prevented in the future.

 

13.制定内部的报告系统。

Design internal reporting systems required by the department.

 

14.不断发展完善执行程序,监督报告系统,对所报告的发生于酒店内外的事件进行跟踪。

Develop procedures for implementation and monitoring of reporting systems, keeping trace of all accidents and incidents for internal and external reporting purposes.

 

15.遵守行业法规。

Ensure compliance with business operations laws.

 

16.树立起与铂骊酒店相配的职业形象。

Establish an image in keeping with QUBE expectations for  hotel.

 

17.回顾和发展部门内的执行程序的标准。

Develop and review performance standards for operations in the department.

 

18.协调部门内部以及各部门间的工作,培养良好的工作关系。

Coordinate operations within and between other departments/units and cultivate good working relations

 

19.对各部分的生产力进行监督。

Monitor productivity of the unit.

 

20.推广使用酒店人力资源部管理系统的模式对员工进行培训。制定出业务培训计划,实施定期的单独培训和以小组为单位的培训工作。

Manage training of associates and development using the Human Resources Management System. Ensure that a planned training business plan is in place and regular training is carried out on a one-on-one or group basis.

 

21.协助制定和实施新员工的培训规程。

Assist with the planning and delivery of orientation programs for all new associates.

 

22.实施工作评估,定期提供指导和制定正确的工作目标。

Implement performance appraisals, providing regular guidance and goal setting where appropriate.

 

23.在工作中遵循铂骊酒店对客服务满意标准。

Abide by the QUBE Guest Satisfaction System.

 

24.采取适当的方法解决客人投诉。通过与客人交流,建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。

Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.

 

25.熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施,确保每一位保安部员工都能训练掌握酒店的既定工作程序。

Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures and ensure all Security associates are ready to respond as per established procedures.

 

26.保持工作区域的高度清洁和整齐。按照酒店与铂骊酒店的标准保持个人仪表,在任何时候表现出职业风范。

Ensure a high level of cleanliness & tidiness is maintained in you’re the work area. Maintain personal presentation standards to hotel and QUBE standards. Demonstrate professional attitude and behavior at all times.

 

27.按照酒店的目标和指导方针制定适宜的工作政策和程序。

Develop appropriate administrative policies and procedures in accordance with hotel goals and guidelines

 

28.遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守铂骊酒店的运营规则及员工手册中的条款.

Abide by the Hotels Policies and Procedures, QUBE Code of Conduct and the hotel’s Associate Handbook.

 

29.以积极专业的态度与酒店内部各部门及同事沟通,建立起良好的工作关系,增强团队精神确保有效的双向交流。

Prepare and maintain files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation.

 

30.准备并保存各类文件、报告、信件、备忘录及其他相关业务资料

31.保证所有报告和服务都按时完成

Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.

 

32.要与公安机关建立起良好的工作关系, 并在工作中积极沟通合作。

Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working connections and relations with the PSB.

 

33.完成你上级交待的其它任务

Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisor.

 

专业知识技能

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILL

 

1.  熟悉酒店内的消防救生系统。

3.  了解公安机关制定的有关酒店正常动作的各项规章制度。

Understanding of the rules and regulations governing the operation of hotels as stipulated by the Public Security Bureau.
