主要职责:
1) 对自营酒店客房定价、预定限制条款管理;
2) 执行价格一致性管理与排查;
3) 酒店收益管理专项培训;
4) 参与并执行总部产品设计及渠道价格管控;
5) 协助区域收益管理团队建立,搭建中央收益管理体系与初期运行;
6) 指导总部收益管理团队推进各类报表优化及执行,协同其他部门,完成本部门年度目标与各项考核设定。
任职要求:
1) 本科及以上学历,旅游业、酒店管理及相关专业;
2) 相关工作经验,或曾从事收入管理工作者优先考虑;
3) 拥有有效的酒店报价概念,在给定的市场条件下决定使用哪种价格策略的能力;
4) 具有解决问题和培训能力;
5) 自驱力强,具有良好的抗压能力,可以适应间断性出差工作;
6) 基础英文书面及口头表达能力。
