岗位职责:
1. 领导和建立团结有效的销售队伍,执行销售计划。
2. 根据公司销售策略,制定不同的销售政策,开发相应销售市场。
3. 跟踪客户,维持原有的销售渠道,开拓新的市场。
4. 控制销售预算、销售范围和销售目标的平衡发展。
5. 与销售人员保持良好的沟通,及时解决内外部客户投诉。
6. 建立并维护销售数据库,并及时更新进度信息。
7. 制定总体销售战略和目标。
8. 制定和实施年度推广计划和供应商管理计划,参与制定业务计划,推进业务计划的具体实施。
9. 协调一切可用于维持和增长业务量的方式,包括:广告促销,个人销售,公众及社会关系,特价销售等等
10. 定期回顾社会公共关系活动以确保酒店在本地和媒体中有较高的认知率。
任职要求:
1. 市场营销、企业管理、酒店管理等相关专业本科及以上学历;
2. 具有3年以上酒店市场销售管理工作经历;本土酒店同岗位要求为佳;
3. 拥有良好的社会关系和人脉,对本土市场有深刻的认识和理解,较强的市场分析能力、市场开拓能力,并有具有较强的管理能力带领市场销售团队。
4. 沟通能力强;熟练的办公软件操作能力;
5. 具有品牌酒店工作经历优先;
6. 具有开业经验者优先。
