职责描述:
1. 传达、布署项目负责人下达之工作计划和工作指令;
2. 制定保安、保洁、维修部内部管理制度,监督、检查、指导人员工作,定期进行考核,维护社区环境、秩序、公共设备完好;
3. 懂得基础的强弱电、消防、治安安全知识,有应急处理能力;
4. 组织开展各项节能减耗措施,实现成本控制;
5. 制定培训计划,定期开展业务培训;
6. 处理客户投诉、业户回访工作,同时做好记录及将业户意见、建议反馈至各职能部门;
7. 开展各种经营活动,丰富盈利渠道,增加额外收入。
任职要求:
1. 35岁以下,大专及以上学历(持有相关电工等技能证书优先);
2. 具有住宅物业或公寓2年以上同等岗位工作经验;
3. 熟练掌握英语听、说、读、写能力,并精通PPT、Excel等MS Office软件;
4. 具备较强服务意识和组织协调能力、文字表述能力和公关社交能力,能吃苦并能适应较大工作压力;
