S C O P E

职责范围

Familiar with hotel knowledge and service standards, responsible for guests from check-in to check-out service.

熟悉掌握酒店的知识及服务标准,负责宾客从入住到退房的全程贴心服务。

 

 

P R I M A R Y  R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

主要职责

1.     Front desk

前台方面

1)     Familiar with hotel knowledge and service standards.

熟悉掌握酒店的知识及服务标准。

2)     Responsible for guests from check-in to check-out of the entire intimate service.

负责宾客从入住到退房的全程贴心服务。

3)     As the leader of guest service, coordinate all departments to provide quality and professional service to guests.

作为宾客服务的主导者,统筹、协调各部门共同为宾客提供优质专业的服务。

4)     Maintain good communication with guests, understand all aspects of guest needs and opinions, timely implementation of solutions.

与宾客保持良好的沟通,了解宾客各方面的需求和意见,及时落实解决。

5)     Timely and effective resolution of guest complaints, as well as coordination of hotel emergencies.

及时有效的解决宾客投诉,以及协调处理酒店突发事件。

6)     Familiar with hotel management system, professional business and skills of Front Office, check in and check out for guests.

熟悉酒店管理系统,熟练前厅服务的专业业务和技能,为宾客办理入住登记和送离结账手续。

7)     Accurate understanding of all kinds of hotel information, to provide guests with inquiry services.

准确了解酒店各类信息,为宾客提供问询服务。

8)     Real-time grasp of pre-arrival guest information and room, weather, traffic and other information, ready for service in advance.

实时掌握预抵宾客信息和房态、天气、交通等信息,提前做好服务准备。

 

2.     Full-time restaurant

全日制餐厅方面

1)     Complete the service work as required, pay attention to appearance, politeness, smile, check the dining room table, clean and sanitary, restaurant utensils supply and equipment facilities before opening, and be familiar with all dishes and drinks on the menu.

按要求完成好服务工作,注意仪容仪表,礼貌用语,微笑示人;开餐前检查餐厅摆台,清洁卫生,餐厅用具供应及设备设施的完好情况,了解熟悉菜单上所有菜品和饮料。

2)     Gradually complete self-improvement work, constantly learn relevant professional knowledge, improve their own quality, open up thinking, strive to do a good job of service and reception work.

逐步完成自我提升工作,不断学习相关专业知识,提高自身素质修养,开拓思维,努力做好服务及接待工作。

3)     Conscientiously abide by the rules and regulations, implement the daily hygiene work plan, keep the dining environment clean and tidy; actively participate in business training, constantly improve service skills.

自觉遵守各项规章制度,落实每天卫生工作计划,保持就餐环境的整洁;积极参加业务培训,不断提高服务技能。

 



任职资格

1)    年龄:18岁或以上

身高: 女:160cm或以上;男:170cm或以上

形象: 整洁,亲和力,身材匀称

 

2) 职业资质

学历:高中或以上,旅游管理、酒店管理专业为佳

技能: 电脑熟练,驾驶技能

工作经历: 有过餐饮服务经验,有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力

语言能力:英语口语/书面表达流畅

其他:人际沟通能力,具备良好的宾客服务意识

性格:性格开朗,合作能力强,工作中微笑待客,不受个人情绪影响

 

其他要求: 拥有C1驾驶证,能妥善处理服务中出现的问题、良好的团队合作精神
