【岗位职责】

·        Producethe annual revenue plan, marketing budgets and forecasts.

制订年度收益计划、市场预算及预测。

·        Produce actionplan related to the revenue plan to ensure revenue plan objectives are achieved.

制订与收益计划相关的工作计划,以确保收益计划目标得以实现。

·        Providesa professional, advisory support service to the General Manager.

向总经理提供专业的咨询服务。

·        Coordinateall methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising,sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, specialsales projects, etc.

协调保持和增加业务量的各种方法,包括广告、促销、个人销售、宣传、社区关系、特别销售项目等。

·        Createand implement special programs to achieve greater profitability through:

通过下列手段创建及实施特别计划以创造更大的效益:

Ø Increasingaverage rate

提高平均房价

Ø Increasingoverall occupancy

提高整体入住率

Ø Increasingbusiness volume during off-peak periods

提高淡季业务量

Ø Increasinglocal Food & Beverage and Banquet sales

增强在当地的餐饮和宴会销售

·        Enhancethe image of the hotel in the local community.

提高酒店在当地社区的声望。

·        Participateas an active member of the community through associations, memberships andother trade organizations

通过联谊、入会和加入其它行业组织来积极参与社区事务。

·        Reviewregularly activity reports of Sales and Marketing personnel to ensure targetsand Sales objectives are being met.

定期检查销售与市场部员工的活动报告,以确保销售目标的实现。

·        Reviewregularly internal promotion pieces for visual effect and ensure they conformwith brand standards.

对酒店内部宣传品的视觉效果进行定期检查,以确保它们能够达到品牌标准。

·        Organizeand promote, in cooperation with the Food & Beverage Department specialprojects to stimulate Food & beverage sales within the community,including, but limited to, tournaments, balls, parties, gastronomicfestivities, etc.

与餐饮部进行合作,组织并推进特殊项目的实施,以促进在社区内部的餐饮销售工作,包括并不仅限于举行各项体育比赛、舞会、聚会及美食节等。

·        Interactswith individuals outside the hotel, including, but not limited to clients,Convention Bureaus, local Hotel Associations, Government Tourist offices,Airlines, Travel Agents, Tour Operators, competitors and other members of thelocal community.

与酒店外的个人交往,包括并不仅限于客户、会议局、当地的酒店协会、政府旅游部门、航空公司、 旅行社、旅行运营商、竞争者及其它当地社区成员。

·        Investigatepotential markets by:

通过以下手段对潜在市场进行调查:

Ø  ReviewingSales Department and Front Office correspondence files

对销售部和前台的通信文档进行检查

Ø  Analyzingguest history and registration card files

对客史档案和登记卡档案进行分析

Ø  Studyingguest questionnaires

研究客户调查问卷

Ø  Reviewinggovernment statistics on visitors to the city

研究政府对当地旅游的游客的统计数字

Ø  Analyzingcompetition's sales/promotion efforts

分析竞争对手的销售和促销工作情况

Ø  Studyingvarious reference and industry publications for sales leads

对各类参考资料及行业出版物进行研究,以寻找销售机会

·        Recommendto General Manager the kind of advertising which will be most productive forthe hotel by analyzing the market effectiveness of past advertising campaignsand consulting with other department heads and the advertising agency.

分析以往广告活动及向其它部门负责人和广告机构进行咨询,研究何种广告效果,并就此向总经理提出建议。

·        Procurenew and repeat business for the hotel by maintaining contact with Airlines,Travel Agencies, Commercial Houses, Private Clubs and Professional Associationswithin the community and neighboring markets.

与社区及周边市场内的航空公司、旅行社、商行、私人俱乐部和行业协会保持联系,以发展新客户及保持老客户。

·        Reviewregularly the Public Relations activities to ensure high awareness of the hotelin the local and national media.

定期对公关活动进行检查,以保证酒店在当地及全国媒体中的影响力。

·        Managethe development of new products and services. 

对新产品和服务的开发进行管理。

·        Overseethe development of new marketing strategies.

对新市场策略的发展进行监管。

·        Conductmarket research.

进行市场调研。

·        Maintaingood communication with Regional Sales and Marketing personnel and implementcorporate initiatives.

与区域销售及市场工作人员进行良好沟通并实施公司策略。

·        Workswith Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs.

和人力资源部一起进行人力规划和管理需求。

·        Workswith Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’sbudget

和财务总监一起编制和管理部门预算。

·        Perform other dutiesas assigned. May also serve as MOD.

完成其它分配的任务。可能需要担任值班经理。
