1,确保服务符合品牌标准的基本要求，适时提供更多可供选择的品牌服务。
2,确保执行凯悦温情及房务部经典20条。
3,发扬“群策群力”的精神，与其他部门在工作中相互支持、灵活变通。
4,根据顾客意见调查结果，确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。
5,检查并确认房态表。
6,完整且准确的填写客房清洁情况记录。
7,检查并补充迷你吧的物品，根据实际消耗情况入账。
8,报告房间的缺陷。
9,报告丢失和损坏的物品。
10,清洁并整理客房。
11,更换布巾。
12,清洁洗手间和储藏室。
13,清洁走廊及周边区域。
14,清洁并摆放推车。
15,检查并清洁使用的设备。
16,更换房间损坏的灯泡。
17,确保客房内摆放新鲜的花朵。
18,提供开床服务。
19,房间清洁完毕后，通过电话通知值班室更改房态。
岗位要求
1.初/高中以上学历。
2.有2年以上客房工作经验。
3.可合理的为解决客人问题。
4.身体健康，相貌端正。
5.接受过正规客房服务工作培训。
