1.    Conduct daily hygiene inspections in all food preparation and
storage areas at different time of the day to ensure procedures and colleagues
practices are on line with standards.

2.    Conduct
hygiene related training to colleagues, specially design trainings according to
different level in order to be efficient, focusing on setting standards during
pre-opening and continuing to maintain after hotel in full operation. Training
to be carried out with hand outs and keep attendance records signed by
colleagues.


进行食品安全方面有联系的培训并做好培训记录。开业前主要负责标准的设立，以便开业后按照执行


3.    Is
highly visible in operation during outlet opening hours as well back of the
house preparation time.


在餐厅日常运作中起到明显的指导作用


4.    Inform
his/her supervisors on any irregularities or violations of local laws or LHI
Brand standards and provide solutions which are operationally and by law
viable.

5.    Will
establish a good business relation with local hygiene bureau


和当地所属的食品监督所保持良好的工作关系


6.    Personally
drives and follows special adherence to the local law during moon cake or
Christmas hampers project. 


制作销售月饼及圣诞礼盒期间需亲自指导及严格遵照当地法律标准。


7.    Has
to attend any hygiene inspections with local authorities who come to inspect
hotel


在酒店接受到例行检查时必须当场, 并做到良好沟通


8.    Always
wear a crisp white immaculate lab-coat in perfect conditions all the time.


工作时需穿着医生的白褂制服


9.    Takes
food sample and get them analyzed. In house or external


做好对内对外的食品留样工作并加以分析


10.  Self
in charge to comply with any updated local or Cordisrelated Hygiene and safety
certification


自我负责遵守任何更新的当地或康得思有关的卫生和安全认证


11.  Applies
fully with hotel rules and regulations as per colleagues hand book


严格依据员工手册遵守酒店内的规章制度


12.  Follow
up on guests complaints by immediately analyze samples, inform supervisor and
follow up on result. 


按照客人的投诉，及时分析样品，并通知主管分析结果。


13.  Attends
and use “show time” in order to check and enforce Standards & Procedures. 


参加并利用同事每日培训时间检查并强调标准与程序


14.  Inform
supervisor of any problems or complaints when they arise

15.  Perform
any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
