Responsible for the sales management of the store, and cooperate with the implementation of the company's various marketing strategies;

负责店面的销售管理工作,配合公司的各项营销策略的实施;

Manage various departments, and do a good job in the division of labor in each department;

管理好各个部门,做好各部门分工管理工作;

Coordinate the procurement of various departments and the distribution of goods, and formulate related work procedures;

协调各部门的采购及货品的配送问题,及制定相关的工作流程;

Supervise the loss management of commodities and grasp the scale of commodity loss;

监督商品的损耗管理,把握商品损耗尺度;

Supervise the cleaning and sanitation of the store and the repair of facilities;

监督店面的清洁环境卫生及设施修缮情况;

Properly handle customer complaints and various conflicts in the service process;

妥善处理顾客投诉和服务过程中的各种矛盾;

Establish relevant rules and regulations;

建立相关的规章制度;

Ensure customer satisfaction;

确保顾客的满意度;

Responsible for business training of employees at all levels in the operation system;

负责运营体系内各级员工的业务培训工作;

Do a good job in the inventory and control of fixed assets and consumables;

做好固定资产及消耗品盘点及控管;

Effectively manage the daily work of the restaurant to ensure the normal work of the day;

有效管理餐厅的日常工作,确保日下工作正常进行;

Supervise the implementation of the specifications listed in the department's work standards and procedures manual;

监督部门工作标准和程序手册中列出的各项规范的贯彻执行;

Ensure procedures for opening and closing business;

确保开始营业和结束营业的程序;

Follow prescribed checkout procedures;

遵守规定的结账程序;

Effectively conduct shift briefings to ensure all employees are aware of important guests, special events, daily specials, focusing on promoting certain products, etc;

Greet more than 80% of the guests in person;

亲自迎送80%以上的客人;

Motivate on-the-job staff to provide excellent customer service;

Communicate with chef and management team for opinions and guest suggestions and propose solutions;

Develop and execute an annual plan for food and beverage product promotions at the outlet;

Concept management of special events;

特别活动的概念管理工作;

Good at predicting market changes and reviewing operations when necessary;

Analysis of competitors;

Create good public outreach opportunities;

Manage customer database and use it effectively;

Promote other brands of the group;

Proactively implement cost saving methods;

Assist the Sales Manager to work closely to win new customers;

Analyze catering statistics through the system;

Prepare and manage departmental budgets together with superiors;

Familiar with electricity and fire safety and work safety incidents;

熟知用电用火安全及工作安全事件;

Familiar with epidemic prevention and control policies and government prevention and control requirements of cold chain.
