Job Responsibility
岗位职责
1. Manage and supervise the daily duty and marketing activities in S&M Under the leadership of general manager,
在总经理的领导下，监督和管理市场销售部的日常工作及营销活动。
2. Make and adjust the hotel marketing strategy and promotion plan timely with the hotel development goal.
根据酒店经营方向，及时调整与制定酒店市场营销策略和促销计划。
3. Draw up yearly budget, performance index and make relevant action plan.
拟定年度营收计划、市场预算和业绩指标，并制定相应的执行方案。
4. Drive hotel revenue and lead sales associates to complete the sales budget effectively.
驱动酒店收益，带领部门员工完成酒店的营收指标。
5. Keep contact with customers and business organization such as aviation company, travel agency, governmental travel institutes; and exploit new customers effectively.
保持与酒店外部个体或机构的互动交流，包括：客户、航空公司、旅行社、政府旅游办公室等；并有效开拓新客户、新市场。
6. Control hotel room rate and ensure the maximize revenue of hotel.
有效控制酒店房价，以确保酒店收益最大化。
7. Grasp market trends, adjust sales strategy and provide price guidance for sales associates.
把握市场动向，及时调整销售策略并给为销售人员提供定价和放量的指导。
8. Be responsible for departmental talent management, including recruitment, training, authorization, motivation.
负责管理部门内的人才管理，包括：招聘、培训、授权、 激励等工作。
9. Supervise and manage hotel public relation and propaganda materials, such as hotel website, brochure, poster and media information and so on.
管理指导所有酒店宣传品，如：酒店官网、摄影、宣传册、海报及媒体信息等。
10. In charge of Hilton monthly/yearly sales report and other paper work.
负责希尔顿月/年度营销类报表及其他文本类工作。

Job Qualifications:
岗位要求
1. 10 years work experience in the sales & marketing, working experience in 5-star hotel is a must.
10年以上星级酒店市场销售经验。
2. Skilled in both Corporate and Mice. Have rich customer resources.
熟悉客房及会务销售，拥有丰富的客户资源。
3. Familiar with the information of local market and business practice, especially in Pudong market.
熟悉上海本地市场，特别是浦东地区。
4. Good interpersonal skills and listening skills.
具有优秀的个人领导能力及沟通能力。
5. Have the ability of judgment, innovation and organization.
公平公正，拥有良好的组织管理能力。
