仔细计划与客户的会面，对预定的客户实施客户关系管理，完成销售目标

Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment

1、具备领导才能，了解所负责部门对各职位的责任
2、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识
3、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统
4、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售
5、能够掌握和理解市场和竞争
6、必须具备良好的中，英文读写能力
7、良好的电脑技能
8、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧
9、独立工作和团队工作的能力
