SUMMARY 岗位概述 

 

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s Western Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. Priority to whom is knowledgeable or with experience on mixology.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS核心职责 

  

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Western Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation.

  • The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.  

在营运过程中,具备卓越的实际操作能力,保持良好的公众关系,处理各类投诉,满足顾客,委托人,公司联系人的一些特殊请求。 

  • Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 

确保所有食品,原料及加工工艺的品质,在优雅的环境中向顾客提供专业的酒水知识,为顾客提供一个与众不同的用餐经历。 

  • Take in charge of corresponding outlet during the absence of F&B Manager. 

当餐饮部经理因任何原因缺勤时,全权负责所属部门的营运。 

  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.

  • Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.

  • Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the food server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

  • Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, Armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.

  • Maintain an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments.

  • The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

  • Be responsible for all bar job, bar area hygiene, beverage inventory, beverage service.

  • Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. 

参加日常营运会议,确保与各部门保持良好的合作关系。 

  • Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

  • Assist with the service of food and beverages to guests.

  • Assist in making dining reservations and seating of guests.

  • Assist with the cleaning of operational areas.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS任职要求: 

 

Education 教育水平: 

College degree or equivalence and above 

大专或同等学历以上。 

 

Experience 工作经验: 

Minimum 5 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization  

至少5年于四季酒店或国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。 

 

Skills and Abilities 技能及能力: 

  • Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.

  • Requires a working knowledge of the Food & Beverage aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.

  • Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.

  • Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help
