- Responsibilities:
- ► Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards as they relate to the Engineering Department are complied with.
  ► Issue, store, price and rotate all incoming goods for the hotel.
  ► Maintain proper labeling of all storeroom items with minimum and maximum levels, to facilitate re-ordering and rotation of stocks,
  ► Ensure that all requisitions are filled on a timely basis in accordance with storeroom hours and outlet requests.
  ► Price all necessary Engineering Supplies requisitions and transfers.
  ► Work closely with Purchase Department to ensure a smooth exchange from Receiving to Storage
  ► Ensure all goods received are stored in their proper and designated areas at all times
  ► Ensure all storerooms are locked when unattended.
  ► Ensure all engineering department requisitions are handled as per established procedures and track banquet returns to stores the following business day.
  ► Follow up on documentation of after hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.
  ► Complete daily, weekly, month end, quarterly and annual inventories for replace parts， engineering supplies，operating equipment as required.
  ► Complete stock replenishment as required and raise Purchase Orders for Director of Engineering’s approval.
  ► Handle all issues and deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the hotel including loading and unloading carts and placing in appropriate storerooms.
  ► Ensure storeroom are kept secure, clean and organized.
  ► Assist with regular cleaning and re-organization of storerooms.
