Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, Specializes in the maintenance and repair of hotel laundry and kitchen equipment. And respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. 
This role is part of the Engineering department, reporting to the assistant director of Engineering.
负责酒店设备的诊断、维护与维修，涵盖电气、管道、蒸汽、燃气、消防与安全系统、暖通空调制冷、室内装潢、油漆及装饰领域，并专精于酒店洗衣房与厨房设备的维保。需以高效、礼貌、专业的方式响应各类问询与问题，在遵守所有四季酒店政策的前提下，实现客户满意度的最大化。该岗位隶属于工程部，向工程部副总监汇报。 

What you will do:

Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs 
实施并负责所有设备的预防性维护，并更新相关记录。 
Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building 
诊断并处理整栋楼宇内所有设备的维修，包括电机、启动器、断路器、冷水机组及相关设备。 
Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Chief Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors. 
负责工程总监和总工程师与承包商、供应商约见的日程安排。 
Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner. 
及时响应客人关于房间或公共区域设备维护的电话。 
Take an active part in elevator professional training; Familiar with elevator safety rules and regulations; A valid certification is necessary 
积极参与电梯专业培训；熟悉电梯安全规则与条例；必须持有效资格证书。 
Install electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and provide electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups. 
为装修项目安装机电系统、增设插座及相关设备，并为展览活动提供电气布置，包括这些布置的后续维护。 

What you bring:

A minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required. 
要求至少拥有一年行政工作经验，酒店或餐饮相关领域经验者优先，或其他同等经验亦可。 
Good knowledge of hotel fire, life-safety systems and equipment 
良好的酒店消防、生命安全系统及设备知识。
