Liaise with the Housekeeping Department to ensure room image ismaintained and the “Room Ready on Arrival” policy is adhered to;
与客房部协调以确保房间形象和“待用房”政策得到保持；
Ensure handle guest registration efficiently, promptly and courteously;
确保高效、快速、礼貌地办理客人登记手续；
Maintain inter-departmental relationshipsto ensure seamless customer service 
保持各部门之间的关系以确保对客服务畅通
Coordinate work operations within the department/unit/outlet;
在部门/小部门/服务点内进行协调；
Manage the delivery of high quality service to guests;
负责向客人提供高质量的服务；
Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met;

Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service;

Identify VIP, regular and long staying guest, develop rapport to     offer personalized service and assistance;

Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to     explain and sell services and facilities to guests;

Adhere to the security and emergency policies and procedures;

Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in working area;

Requirements
岗位要求
Degree in hotel manager, tourism management,business administration or equivalent; 
酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理学位或同等学历；
Solid knowledge of Front Office operations;
扎实的前厅运作和日常运营知识；
Good service awareness and attitude, ensurehigh quality service to both internal and external guests;
有良好的服务意识和态度，保证向理疗院内部和外部客人提供高质量的服务；
Familiar with the brand standards,processes and procedures of international luxury branded hotels;
熟悉国际奢华品牌酒店的品牌标准、流程和程序。
Excellent knowledge and very familiar withall software’s;
熟练掌握各类软件；
Good communication and interpretationskill;
沟通能力较强，具备良好的人际交往技巧；
One year experience in similar position inhospitality industry.
