招聘职位为 薪酬福利主管
【岗位职责】
1、负责员工的考勤管理工作，准备月度工资报表，包括年假报告/加班报告/用餐报告；
2、负责对普通员工的工资调整和审核；
3、负责每月员工工资表及日常员工离职工资表的制作和统计；
4、负责员工社保工作和办理员工团体保险及劳动保险加退保及变更手续等具体工作的经办；
5、负责填报工资报表,并报上级审核；
6、负责监督、检查人事档案, 以及劳动合同的管理及员工档案的准确性及实时性；
7、负责所有员工信息录入系统，确保系统信息的准确性；
7、知晓政府有关薪酬方面的规定变化；
8、协助人力资源经理完成相关事项处理；
9、协助完成招聘板块工作；
10、完成上级交办的其他事项。
【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验1年以上；
2、熟悉劳动法、税法、劳动保护和社会保险、劳动工资、福利等政策、法规；
3、具备良好的沟通表达能力、组织能力及协调能力。
