岗位职责：
1.	定期保养电控箱，包括但不仅限于紧固螺栓、清灰、检查接地线、测试电流等。Regular maintenance of electric control box, including but not limited to tightening bolts, cleaning ash, checking grounding wire, testing current, etc.
2.定期清洗空调翅片、风筒、过滤器、过滤网，清洁接水盘。	Regularly clean the air conditioning fins, air ducts, filters, filters, clean the water tray.
3.	定期对水泵紧固、加注润滑油，检查联轴节，校准水平度。Regularly tighten the pump, fill lubricating oil, check the coupling, and calibrate the levelness.
4.	协助维保单位对锅炉、电梯、制冷机、消防设备进行定期维保。Assist the maintenance unit to carry out regular maintenance of boilers, elevators, chillers and fire fighting equipment.
5.	运用适当正确的工具和物料完成工作。Maintains trolley with proper tools and materials to complete duties.
6.	立即报告主管工作中遇到的困难。Report immediately to Team Leader any difficulties in completing jobs.
7.	确保所有的工具和设备一直处于正常而有序的状态。Maintains and ensures all tool and equipment are in good order at all times.
8.向主管/工程师提交零件和耗用品的采购清单。	Submits request to the Team Leader/ Engineer for the purchases of parts and consumables.
9.	协助控制所有有效消耗，确保酒店所有部门能源的合理利用。Assists in monitoring and controlling all utility consumption ensuring optimum energy usage by all departments of hotel.
10.	协助监控所有设备效能，为节能减少消耗出谋划策。Assists in monitoring energy efficiency of all equipment; makes recommendations and advises for energy saving to reduce wastage.
11.随时随地严格遵守所有的安全规则。	Strictly adheres to all safety regulations at all times.
12.	严格遵循所有工作区域的清洁程序，在工作中注意保护周围环境。Strictly adheres to the cleanliness of all work area, protecting the surroundings when executing jobs.
13.按要求定时巡查设备机房发现与安全有关的反常现象，立刻报告主管或工程师。	Inspect the equipment room periodically as required. Report any anomalies related to safety to the supervisor or on-duty engineer immediately
14.	及时完成日常报修，将维修结果及时反馈给报修人。Complete the daily repair in time, and report the repair results to the repairman in time.
15.	将所有的用完的工具归还到工具箱或仓库。Returns and keeps all tools and equipment in designated cabinet or store after use.
16.	记录每天的工作日志。Maintains the Engineering Daily Log Book.
17.	积极参与所有要求参加的会议。Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
18.	参加所有的核心培训和相关的技能培训。Attends all Core training and related skills training.
19.	礼貌而高效地处理顾客和员工的提问，如果不能立即解决的，在适当的时机汇报投诉和问题，并及时跟进回馈。Handles guest and associate enquirers in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found.
20.了解雇员立法和劳资关系，严格遵循员工手册的规章准则、酒店雇佣政策、卫生政策和健康安全政策。Knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
21.	保持好积极正面的顾客关系和同事关系。Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
22.	必须完全熟悉所有的安全出口，紧急电话号码和工具。To be fully conversant with all fire exits, emergency telephone numbers and facilities.
23.	执行上级交代的其他工作指令。Execute other work orders assigned by superior.
任职要求：
1．高中（职高）及以上毕业Professional high school certificate.
2．有3年酒店工程部工作经验。3 years working experiences in hotel engineering department.
3．证书需求：电工证等Certificate required: Electrical certificate.
