保持并持续不断的提高对客服务标准。Upgrade guest services on a continual basis.
为客人高限度的提供客人所期望的舒适和清洁的酒店环境。To ensure the ultimate comforta and cleanliness for all of our guests, as expected.
确保为客人所提供的产品和服务,都依附于钓鱼台美高梅酒店集团标准,保持操作的方法和高标准的统一。Ensure service and production is provided in the proper manner, and with the usual high standards of a DMH. Understand, maintain and execute operational manuals and guidelines.
2.员工满意 Employee Satisfaction
经常与员工沟通以获得员工满意度的建议。Communications with staff to seek for staff’s opinions and comments on employee satisfaction issue.
向公共区域经理提供如何保持员工士气的反馈。 Gives feedback to the Public Area Manager on the situation of maintenance of high staff morale.
积极参与酒店组织的各项员工活动。Actively participates in the organization of all staff activities.
积极参与员工意见调查并为改进工作环境提供可行性方案。Actively participates in the Employee Opinion Survey and provides suggestions for actions to improve the scores.
3. 行政工作Administration
确保清洁剂、设备和化学清洁剂盘点数据正确。 Ensure accurate inventory records on cleaningsupplies, equipment, and chemicals.
确保所有活动执行与部门和公司经营项目保持一致,建立安全规章制度标准。Makes sure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established security standards.
协助培训,激励、定期与团队成员交流来传递培养一种勇于承担的高标准服务。Assist in training, motivating, and providing regular communication to the team to deliver top service with unmatched professionalism while fostering a culture of accountability.
4.部门运作管理 Operation Management
检查公共区域确保清洁卫生达到高标准。 Inspects public areas to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met.
控制部门成本包括人力、清洁剂,确保为客人提供高标准的服务。Assist in controlling departmental costs including labor regarding cleaning supplies, yet ensuring services rendered to the guests are of the highest standards.
制定遵守各类清洁维护与防护检修计划保证家具外表、增加固定装置和设施设备使用寿命。 Aid in maintaining unparalleled cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to enhance appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
协助制定清洁计划以保证在工作区域内的培训,工作绩效,生产效率等方面都达到高标准。Help with the cleaning program to ensure top quality standards in training, performance, procedures, and productivity pertaining to all public and private guest areas.
检查存储区确保货品摆放整齐,库房干净、整洁。 Oversee storage areas and ensure they are always stocked, clean and tidy.
任何时候保证所有区域高效率运作,适当利用资源。 Ensure that areas of responsibility are running efficient and effective at all times. Proper utilization of resources is a must.
完成管理层交办的其他工作。Performs other duties as maybe assigned by Management from time to time.
任职要求:1. 仪表整洁Neat and pleasant appearance.

4. 简单的英语口语Simple English speaking.
5. 应具备在相当规模酒店2年公共区域高级服务员的经验2 years as Senior PA Attendant in a similar size hotel.
