中餐厅领位在中餐厅领班领导下开展工作，负责餐厅服务员的日常工作安排、考核。确保每餐接待的质量并有效完成。廉洁奉公，坚持原则，不徇私情，不谋私利，以严谨的工作作风和较高的工作效率为酒店客人服务。Work under the relationship of the captain, in charge of the daily work arrangement and assessment of the restaurant staff. Ensure the service quality of every meal and complete effectively. Be honest in performing official duties, adhere to the principle, neither act wrongly for personal considerations nor seek for personal gain, serve customers with prudent work style and high work efficiency.

岗位职责：
1.	餐厅服务Outlet Service
	在工作区域确保制服整洁、大方Wear appropriate uniforms for the area, as supplied by the hotel
向客人问候并安排为其安排座位	Greet and seat guest
	记住客人姓名并称呼客人姓名Remember guest’s names and address them by their surname
接收餐饮定单、传递餐饮定单	Take and process food and beverage orders
	协助员工按照标准与程序完成任务。提供彬彬有礼的专业餐饮服务Assist all associates to carry out the tasks according to the S&P, Serve Food & Beverage in a friendly and professional manner
获得客人反馈意见、记录客人反馈意见 Obtain Feedback from guests regularly， Record the guest feedback
作好结算工作	Present finalized accounts
 完成你上级交待的其它任务tother tasks as directed by your Section Heads

2.	菜单、酒水知识Menu and beverage Knowledge
	熟悉餐饮资识和餐厅菜单Good command food product used in the restaurant and menu knowledge
	熟悉红酒，烈酒和鸡尾酒的知识Good knowledge of Wines, spirits and Cocktails
酒水服务知识Good knowledge of beverage service

3.	协助餐厅服务的准备工作Assist in preparing Outlet for Service
	确保任何时间工作区域整洁Ensure that the work area is clean at all the times
	保持领位台清洁Keep the reception area clean and tidy
标准接听电话	Answer the phone as per the standard Phone answering procedures
	接收和记录预订Take and record reservations
	记录和传达信息Record and pass information

4.	培训Training
	参加酒店的各种培训Attend all kinds of hotel training
	接受部门培训Attend the department training
