以服务顾客为中心确保稳定的运作，并有效监督员工，围绕酒店的核心价值和品牌精神开展工作。Ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision. Promotes the desired work culture and the brand ethos.

岗位职责：
1. 保证提供热情，专业，高效高质的服务；做到符合酒店的规章制度和MCIL的产品服务标准To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following MCIL Products & Services Standards
2. 具有丰富的工作知识和管理能力，在工作区域根据标准准确地完成工作职责和任务及起表率作用To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set
3. 在其他的餐饮部门或者是酒店的其他部门，尽可能地灵活地去适应所分派的工作To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned
4. 当转去或分派到其他部门工作，需按照此部门的任务列表细致地完成工作任务To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another department as per Master Task List for that department
5. 熟悉酒店所提供的服务和设施To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel
6. 与客人建立友善的关系。合理的处理客人所有相关的服务要求To establish a rapport with guests. Handle all guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service
7. 必须严格履行服务标准To be demanding and critical when it comes to service standards
8. 保证整个团队的融洽，专业和好客的形象To ensure that the outlet team projects a warm, professional and welcome image
9. 根据规定完成开档和收档的工作To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of work as assigned
10. 彻底的理解和掌握所有菜单中的食物和饮料的知识，并且运用在工作中进行推销销售To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage item in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up-sell alternative
11. 保持工作环境的整洁To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organize at all times
12. 监控所有营运用品，减少破损和损耗To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
13. 依照规定做好判定工作，及时补充To assist in conducting inventory check on all operating equipment and supplies according to the policy
14. 通过电话有礼貌的，有效率的处理客人的询问和投诉。如果问题不能马上解决，必须告诉客人，及确保问题得以解决。同时，及时地报告上级主管To handle guest enquiries either by telephone in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
15. 在餐厅营运中根据需要提供服务To assist in the operation and service as required
16. 与客人建立和善的关系，受到客人的赞赏和肯定To establish a rapport with guests, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships
17. 不断的更新客人在客房用餐的纪录To maintain and update the room guest history records
18. 参加或组织部门的培训和会议，以及出席酒店安排的培训和相关活动To attend and contribute to all staff meetings departmental and hotel trainings scheduled and other related activities
19. 根据部门安排全面支持部门的培训计划To fully support the departmental trainers function in the department assigned
20. 根据酒店仪容仪表的标准, 穿好制服,带好工牌准时到部门报到,保持个人的卫生To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform/attire and name tag at all times. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards
21. 时刻提供给客人友好的,有礼貌的个性化服务To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
22. 灵活的接受并完全合理的工作，包括在需要的情况下调换部门/区域，合适的商业需求和客人的需求To flexible and to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative department/ areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs

岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历；University degree;
2. 具有5星级以上酒店餐厅同级工作2年以上相关工作经验。With 2 years above 5 starts hotel working experience at restaurant.
