岗位职责：
1.学习与协助：在厨房师傅的指导下，学习和掌握基本的烹饪技能，包括食材的处理、烹饪技巧等。Learning and assistance: Under the guidance of the kitchen master, learn and master basic cooking skills, including the handling of ingredients, cooking techniques, etc.
2.协助厨房师傅进行食材的准备、烹饪、装盘等工作，确保出品的菜肴符合酒店的质量标准。
卫生与安全：负责厨房的卫生清洁工作，包括厨具、设备的清洗和消毒，确保厨房环境的卫生和安全。遵守食品安全规定，确保食材的储存、处理和烹饪过程符合卫生要求。成本控制：协助厨房师傅进行食材的盘点和记录，确保食材的合理使用，避免浪费。学习成本控制的方法，为酒店的运营做出贡献。团队合作：与其他厨房员工保持良好的沟通和协作，共同完成厨房的工作任务。积极参与厨房的团队建设活动，提升团队的凝聚力和执行力。Assist the kitchen master in the preparation, cooking, and plating of ingredients to ensure that the dishes produced meet the hotel's quality standards.
Hygiene and safety: Responsible for the hygiene and cleaning of the kitchen, including the cleaning and disinfection of kitchen utensils and equipment, to ensure the hygiene and safety of the kitchen environment. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure that the storage, processing, and cooking of ingredients meet hygiene requirements. Cost control: assist the kitchen master in inventory and record of ingredients to ensure reasonable use of ingredients and avoid waste. Study the method of cost control and contribute to the operation of the hotel. Teamwork: Maintain good communication and collaboration with other kitchen staff to complete kitchen work tasks together. Actively participate in team-building activities in the kitchen to enhance team cohesion and execution. 

任职要求:
1.教育背景：烹饪、食品科学等相关专业优先，但并非必要条件，酒店愿意为有志于烹饪行业的年轻人提供培训和发展机会。Education background: Cooking, food science and other related majors are preferred, but not a necessary condition. The hotel is willing to provide training and development opportunities for young people who are interested in the cooking industry.
2.基本技能：具备一定的烹饪基础或相关技能，能够快速学习和掌握新的烹饪技巧。Basic skills: have a certain cooking foundation or relevant skills, and can quickly learn and master new cooking techniques.
