岗位职责：
1.	主管安排员工工作任务后，监督员工的实施情况；After director arranges the employee’s work task, supervise the implementation of the directions by staff;
2.	协助主管做好部门员工的各项工作，对员工进行指导，培养；Assist supervisor to do a good job of the department staff, employees on guidance and training;
3.	积极参加各种培训，提高各项操作技能；Take an active part in all kinds of training, improve the operation skills;
4.	检查厨房设施设备的运转情况，厨房用具的使用情况，协助制定采购计划；Check the operation situation of the kitchen facilities, use of kitchen utensils, assist purchasing plan;
5.	检查厨房原料的使用情况，防止积压；Check the kitchen’s usage of raw materials to prevent backlog;
6.	接受上级的检查评估，汇报实操工作；Accept assessment and reporting in field work;
7.	确保落实酒店的成本控制政策和程序；Ensure the implementation of the hotel cost control policies and procedures;
8.	检查每种产品的品质，保证出品符合要求；Check the quality of each product, to ensure that products meet the requirements;
9.	充分利用剩余食品，转换成其他食品；Make full use of surplus food by transforming into other foods;
10.	严格遵循食品安全规定和要求；Strictly follow food safety regulations and requirements;
11.	有效完成上级交代的其他事务。Other tasks as required. 

任职要求：
1.	必须有一定的人员管理能力；Ability to handle people is a must;
2.	良好的组织能力；Good organization skills;
3.	高中及中专以上学历；Technical secondary school and high school;
4.	2年从业工作经验。2 years’ experience in specific specialty.
