在当班期间负责监督管事部的运营和清洁工作，确保餐饮物资达到卫生标准；遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
【岗位职责】
1.	In absence of Manager  conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known; 
在经理缺席时负责主持交班会，确保了解酒店的各项活动和运营要求；
2.	During the shift, oversees the preparation of kitchen equipment for use;
在当班期间管理厨房设备使用前的准备工作；
3.	Supervises the receiving and storage of kitchen goods;
负责接收和存储厨房物品的管理工作；
4.	Supervises the cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment;
监督厨房设备的清洁和存放；
5.	Supervises the cleaning of the premises;
监督厨房的清洁工作；
6.	Engages in and supervises the cleaning of kitchen and equipment;
参与监督清洁厨房和设备的工作；
7.	Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for team; 
保持良好的个人卫生并在小组中执行卫生标准；
8.	Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum departmental costs;
监督管事部的各项职责，使部门成本控制在合理范围内；
9.	Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships;
与员工和酒店其它部门建立并保持积极的工作关系；
10.	Assists in determining the minimum and maximum stocks and controls the par-stocks of all material and equipment;
协助确定库存的最多和最少量，控制所有材料和设备的标准存货量；
11.	Supervises the counting of inventories in coordination with employees of the accounting division;
与会计部门员工一起監督盘点库存；
12.	Liaise with employees of the Engineering Division to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
联系工程部员工安排预防性的维护维修。


【岗位要求】
1.	Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency;
食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或健康上岗证；
2.	Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities;
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力；
3.	Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field;
具有餐饮服务或相关领域的职业证书；
4.	1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
