【岗位职责】
1、与其他部门紧密合作，积极主动地沟通VIPs及其特殊需求，团队需要，离店和随时发现客人的需求。 Positively collaborates and communicates proactively with other departments regarding VIPs, special requests, group needs, check outs and other guest needs that might arise.
2、 打印和熟悉VIPs到达情况后，准备欢迎礼物，引领VIPs进房间，同时在房间内为其办理入住。Prints and reviews the VIP arrival list daily and assists in preparing and distributing welcome amenities, and escorts VIPs to their rooms and check them in.
3、对客人的各种需求和要求作出个性化回应，同时加注个人的推荐和个性化的服务来达到客人的高满意度。Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
4、全面掌握酒店的现行项目，推广，设施和服务方面的信息，并以MGM酒店大使的身份给客人推荐。Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to the MGM grand.
5、跟当地活动，餐厅，大事件很和旅游景点建立良好关系，更好地为客人提供新的现行的信息，同时提供方向指南。Establish relationships with leaders at local activities, restaurants, events, and tourist attractions and provide updated and current information and directions regarding these to guests.
6、为客人做预定，并建立和帮助沟通他们的行程表。Make reservations for guests and create and communicate their itineraries.
7、 作为酒店的大使，提供考虑周到、个性化的服务来达到并超越客人的期许，让他们快乐而知返。Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.
8、 协助大堂礼宾员及前台完成当日工作职责。Assists in completing the duties of the Lobby Concierge and front desk.
9、必要时为酒店其他部门提供帮助。 Assists the hotel in providing lateral service to departments in need.
10、在指定的公共区域内尽职尽责完成工作。 Performing ownership duties of public areas as assigned.
11、 所有工作分配都要服从宾客体验经理的安排。All other assignments as delegated by the Guest Experience Manager.

【岗位要求】
1、好的沟通技巧。Good communication skills.
2、有组织，可以从事多项任务，注重细节有善于解决问题的技能。Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
3、流利的英语说、写能力。 English Fluent in both writing and speaking.
4、应具备在相当规模酒店1年的相关工作经验。1 year in a similar size hotel.
