【岗位职责 Job Responsibilities】
全面负责酒店财务部总出纳工作，确保资金收付、保管、结算的准确、安全与高效，保障酒店现金流顺畅。Oversee all cashier operations within the Finance Department, ensuring the accuracy, security, and efficiency of fund collection, custody, and settlement to maintain smooth hotel cash flow.
制定并严格执行现金、银行存款及票据的管理制度与操作流程，确保符合财务规范与内控要求。Develop and strictly implement management systems and operating procedures for cash, bank deposits, and negotiable instruments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements.
负责日常资金盘点与银行账户核对，编制相关资金日报表，确保账实、账账相符。Be responsible for daily cash counts and bank account reconciliations, prepare relevant daily fund reports, and ensure alignment between records and physical assets, and between different accounts.
统筹安排营业收入的收取、核对与存入，监督各收银点工作，确保账款及时、准确入账。Coordinate the collection, verification, and deposit of operational revenue, supervise the work of all cashier points, and ensure timely and accurate recording of income.
管理与监控酒店备用金，办理各项费用报销、款项支付业务，审核支付凭证的合规性与完整性。Manage and monitor the hotel's petty cash, handle various expense reimbursements and payment transactions, and review the compliance and completeness of payment documents.
负责与银行的外联工作，办理开户、销户、结算业务，并维护良好的银企关系。Handle liaison with banks, manage account opening/closing and settlement services, and maintain good bank-enterprise relationships.
配合完成月度、年度资金预算的编制与执行分析，协助进行现金流预测。Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual capital budget execution, and support cash flow forecasting.
确保所有出纳相关工作符合国家财务、税务及反洗钱相关法律法规与酒店政策。Ensure all cashier-related work complies with national financial, tax, anti-money laundering laws and regulations, as well as hotel policies.
完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
【岗位要求 Job Requirements】


财务、会计等相关专业大专及以上学历，持有会计从业资格或相关证书。College degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related fields, with an accounting qualification or relevant certification.
具备三年以上高星级酒店或相关行业总出纳、主管出纳工作经验。Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Cashier or Senior Cashier in a high-star hotel or related industry.
熟悉酒店营收审计流程、收银系统及财务软件操作，精通现金、银行结算业务及法规。Familiar with hotel revenue audit processes, POS systems, and financial software operations. Proficient in cash and bank settlement operations and relevant regulations.
具备高度的责任心、诚信品德与风险意识，工作细致严谨，能确保资金安全。High sense of responsibility, integrity, and risk awareness. Meticulous and rigorous work attitude with the ability to ensure fund security.
具备优秀的数字敏感度、沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能承受一定工作压力。Strong numerical acumen, communication and coordination skills, and team spirit. Ability to work under pressure.
具备良好的学习能力与服务意识，能积极配合财务部及其他运营部门的工作。Good learning ability and service orientation, capable of cooperating effectively with the Finance Department and other operational departments.
