【岗位职责】
1、保证提供热情,专业,高效高质的服务;做到符合酒店的规章制度和MCIL的产品服务标准。To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following MCIL Products & Services Standards.
2、具有丰富的工作知识和管理能力,在工作区域根据标准准确地完成工作职责和任务及起表率作用。To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set
3、在其他的餐饮部门或者是酒店的其他部门,尽可能地灵活地去适应所分派的工作。To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
4、与客人建立友善的关系。合理的处理客人所有相关的服务要求。To establish a rapport with guests. Handle all guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service
5、保证整个团队的融洽,专业和好客的形象。To ensure that the outlet team projects a warm, professional and welcome image
6、彻底的理解和掌握所有菜单中的食物和饮料的知识,并且运用在工作中进行推销销售。To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage item in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up-sell alternative
7、通过电话有礼貌的,有效率的处理客人的询问和投诉。如果问题不能马上解决,必须告诉客人,及确保问题得以解决。同时,及时地报告上级主管。To handle guest enquiries either by telephone in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
8、 参加或组织部门的培训和会议,以及出席酒店安排的培训和相关活动。To attend and contribute to all staff meetings departmental and hotel trainings scheduled and other related activities.
9、合理的完成被指派的工作责任和义务。To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
10、灵活的接受并完全合理的工作,包括在需要的情况下调换部门/区域,合适的商业需求和客人的需求。To flexible and to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative department/ areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历。University degree.
2、具有5星级以上酒店餐厅同级工作2年以上相关工作经验。 With 2 years above 5 starts hotel working experience at restaurant.
