【岗位职责】
1、制作餐饮收入报表终稿；复印不同文件，供餐饮控制与财务部门之需。Finalizes food cover report and photocopies various documentation for food and beverage control and the Finance Department
2、监控自助餐的管理，特别是针对以现金结帐的账单，防止再次使用，确保所有的收益得到记录。
3、确保折扣和其它的收费有详细的收费明细支撑。所有的折扣信贷必须遵守财务政策。总结折扣信贷、其它收费以及支出，发送给财务总监和总经理，供每日审核之需。Ensures all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges. All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance Policy. The rebate credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs must be summarized and sent to the Finance Controller and General Manager for review daily.
4、掌握所有由餐厅督导或餐厅经理批准的有效账单、更正以及未结账单。Having all voided checks, corrections and unsettled checks approved by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
5、确保涉及优惠券、单据、代金券的项目得到充分控制；有防护措施。Ensures that programs involving coupons, certificates, and vouchers are adequately controlled and safeguards are in place.
6、对照银行水单，审计总出纳小结中的每日收款。Audits daily collection of the General Cashiers Summary against the bank in slip.
7、协同总出纳，定期检查所有浮动总额，确保餐厅留有记录。Works with General Cashier to check all float totals regularly and keeps control on registers in outlets.
8、确认所有信贷申请表格每年被批准并更新。Ensure that all credit application forms are approved and updated annually.
9、保持新的信贷手册,并确认他们被严格遵守和执行。To maintain an up to date Credit Manual and ensure that they are strictly adhered to and enforced.
10、确保及时及准确的凭证贷计各帐户。Ensures the timely and accurate entry of all credits to the various accounts.
11、准备所有关于应收帐目的每月扣减和每月凭证的支持文件。Prepares all supporting documentation for monthly allowances and monthly journal vouchers relating to the receivables ledger.
12、抽样检查已使用的餐厅账单。Performs spot checks on outlet checks used.
13、如有要求，履行管理层分配的职责。Performs various special projects as requested and assigned by management.

【岗位要求】
1、大专或以上学历College or Above Education.
2、相关酒店同岗位工作经验。 With internship experience in hotel.
3、态度端正/有以身作则的意识。Positive attitude/role model Initiative.
4、良好的与人沟通的能力。Good interpersonal skills .
