【岗位职责】
1、制定并落地全渠道数字营销方案（社媒、电商、邮件、付费投放），完成品牌及业绩指标。Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategies across social media, search engine, e-commerce, email and paid ad channels to hit sales & brand KPIs.
2、管控线上营销预算，统筹广告投放，核算投产比、优化投放成本。Manage digital marketing budget, allocate spending on online advertising, track ROI and optimize campaign costs continuously.
3、统筹新媒体内容运营、达人合作、品牌线上内容策划。Oversee social media operation, content planning, KOL cooperation and brand online content creation.
4、复盘流量、转化、获客成本等数据，输出数据分析报表，迭代营销方案。Analyze campaign data (traffic, conversion, customer acquisition cost), summarize performance reports and adjust marketing plans timely.
5、 联动销售、产品、设计等跨部门落地营销活动。Cooperate with sales, product and design teams to align marketing activities with business targets.
6、跟进行业平台新规与营销玩法，更新推广策略。Keep track of industry digital trends, new platforms and marketing tools to iterate promotion methods.
7、完成上级交办的其他工作。Perform other duties as assigned by management.
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、酒店管理、新闻传播等相关专业优先。College degree or above. Majors in Marketing, E-commerce, Hotel Management, Journalism and Communication or related fields are preferred.
2、3 年以上酒店行业数字营销工作经验，1 年以上同等岗位团队管理经验；有国际连锁酒店工作经验者优先。3+ years of digital marketing experience in the hotel industry, with 1+ years of solid team management experience in an equivalent position; experience in international hotel chains is preferred.
3、英语听说读写流利，能够作为工作语言；熟练使用 Office 办公软件。Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) for work purposes; proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
