【岗位职责】
1、全面负责管理酒店的所有项目财务运作业务。Oversee and manage the full scope of project financial operations for the hotel.
2、 及时催收应收帐款，以确保信贷部的操作顺利而高效。Timely collect accounts receivable to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Credit Department.
3、 监督应收帐款主管的工作；确保所有挂帐的帐户都通过相应的信贷控制程序。Supervise the work of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor; ensure all on-credit accounts go through the corresponding credit control procedures.
4、 审核每日宾客余额的报表，并采取必要的程序进行收帐；追踪，执行帐龄报表。Review daily guest balance reports and take necessary collection procedures; monitor and follow up on aging reports.
5、 对于信贷申请，提供必要信息；以黑名单的形式列出付款信誉差的个人，旅行社，并传阅给相关部门以确保这些被列者不再享有信誉保证。Provide necessary information for credit applications; maintain a blacklist of individuals and travel agencies with poor payment history and circulate it to relevant departments to ensure these parties are no longer granted credit facilities.
6、 根据酒店有关程序进行收帐。Conduct debt collection in strict accordance with the hotel's established procedures.
7、 确保应收帐款的分录与总帐一致。Ensure all accounts receivable entries are accurately reconciled with the General Ledger.
8、对于不能收回的帐款与相应的客户协调。Coordinate with relevant customers regarding uncollectible accounts.
9、 调查退回的支票并跟踪其款项的收回。Investigate returned checks and follow up on the recovery of the corresponding funds.

10、 完成上级交办的其他工作。Perform other duties as assigned by management.

【岗位要求】
1、财务或工商管理相关专业，或同等学历。具有2年以上财务管理经验。Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields, or equivalent education background. Minimum 2 years of financial management experience.
2、具备信贷与应收款方面的政策及程序的应用知识。Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures related to credit and accounts receivable management.
3、具有出色的沟通协调能力，擅长人际交往，抗压能力强。Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
4、具有良好的服务意识。Good service awareness and customer-oriented mindset.
5、行政功底扎实，有创新意识，积极主动。Solid administrative skills, innovative thinking, proactive and self-motivated.
