【岗位职责】
1、制定所辖楼层的日常工作计划与人员排班方案,统筹客房清洁、公共区域维护、对客服务等全流程工作,保障楼层运营高效有序,严格契合酒店品牌服务标准与运营规范。Formulate daily work plans and staff shift schedules for assigned floors, coordinate the whole process of work including guest room cleaning, public area maintenance and guest services, to ensure efficient and orderly floor operation and strictly comply with the hotel's brand service standards and operation specifications.
2、定期巡查楼层客房、公共区域的卫生质量、设施状态与服务规范执行情况,及时发现并整改问题;高效处理宾客投诉、特殊需求与突发状况,持续提升宾客满意度与入住体验。Conduct regular inspections of hygiene quality, facility condition and implementation of service standards for guest rooms and public areas on the floor, identify and rectify problems in a timely manner; efficiently handle guest complaints, special requests and emergencies to continuously improve guest satisfaction and stay experience.
3、负责楼层服务团队的日常管理、业务培训、绩效辅导与激励工作,提升团队专业技能与服务意识;合理配置人力资源,保障岗位人员充足高效,完成团队业绩目标。 Responsible for daily management, professional training, performance coaching and motivation of the floor service team, to improve the team's professional skills and service awareness; allocate human resources reasonably to ensure adequate and efficient staffing and achieve team performance goals.
4、严格落实酒店消防安全、卫生防疫、治安防范等各项安全管理制度,定期开展安全检查与员工安全培训,确保楼层区域内宾客与员工的人身财产安全。 Strictly implement hotel safety management systems including fire safety, hygiene and epidemic prevention, and security protection; conduct regular safety inspections and staff safety training to ensure the personal and property safety of guests and employees in the floor area.
5、按要求统计并上报楼层运营数据,包括客房清洁数量、物资消耗、人员考勤、宾客反馈等,定期总结运营问题并提出优化建议。Collect and submit floor operation data as required, including room cleaning quantity, material consumption, staff attendance, guest feedback, etc.; regularly summarize operation problems and put forward optimization suggestions.
6、与前厅部、工程部、餐饮部、安保部等相关部门保持高效沟通协作,配合完成宾客入住接待、客房维修、大型活动保障、专项接待等各项工作,保障酒店整体运营顺畅。Maintain efficient communication and cooperation with Front Office, Engineering, F&B, Security and other related departments; cooperate in guest reception, room maintenance, large-scale event support and special reception tasks to ensure the smooth overall operation of the hotel.
7、完成上级交付的其他工作或任务。Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。College degree or above, major in Hotel Management, Tourism Management or related fields is preferred.2、3 年及以上高端星级酒店客房部工作经验,1 年及以上同岗位管理经验。3+ years of working experience in the Housekeeping Department of high-end star-rated hotels, and 1+ year of management experience in the same position.
