【岗位职责】
1、负责员工关系管理，规范劳动合同签订、续签、变更及解除流程，负责人事档案、入转调离等日常人事事务办理；搭建员工沟通渠道，开展员工关怀与离职面谈，妥善处理员工诉求与劳动争议，严格把控用工合规风险，维护和谐稳定的员工关系。Responsible for employee relations management, standardize the procedures of labor contract signing, renewal, modification and termination; handle daily personnel affairs such as personnel files, onboarding, transfer and separation; establish employee communication channels, carry out employee care and exit interviews, properly handle employee demands and labor disputes, strictly control employment compliance risks, and maintain harmonious and stable employee relations.
2、协助社招、校招、校企合作等多渠道人才开发，跟进简历筛选、面试组织、录用审批及入职全流程落地；负责实习生招录与日常管理，搭建专业院校人才合作渠道，持续完善酒店人才储备体系，保障各部门用人需求。Assist in talent development through multiple channels including social recruitment, campus recruitment and school-enterprise cooperation, and follow up the whole process of resume screening, interview organization, employment approval and onboarding; responsible for the recruitment and daily management of interns, build talent cooperation channels with professional colleges, continuously improve the hotel's talent reserve system, and meet the employment needs of all departments.
3、协助员工培训体系搭建与落地，组织新员工入职培训、岗位技能培训、服务意识提升等专项培训，跟进培训效果评估与复盘优化；协助搭建酒店人才梯队培养机制，挖掘核心潜力员工，配合开展骨干员工培养与晋升管理，支撑酒店人才发展需求。Assist in the establishment and implementation of the employee training system, organize special training such as new employee onboarding training, job skill training and service awareness improvement, and follow up training effect evaluation and review optimization; assist in building the hotel's talent echelon training mechanism, tap core potential employees, cooperate with backbone employee training and promotion management, and support the hotel's talent development needs.
4、协助落实集团及酒店人力资源管理制度，结合酒店运营实际优化 HR 业务流程，确保各项制度规范落地执行；负责人力资源信息系统的日常运维与数据维护，保障人事数据准确完整，定期输出人力资源各类统计报表，为管理决策提供数据支持。Assist in the implementation of the group and hotel human resource management systems, optimize HR business processes in combination with the actual operation of the hotel, and ensure the implementation of various systems and specifications; responsible for the daily operation and data maintenance of the human resource information system, ensure the accuracy and completeness of personnel data, and regularly output various human resource statistical reports to provide data support for management decisions.
5、完成上级领导交办的其他人力资源相关工作任务。Perform other human resource related tasks assigned by the superior leadership.

【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
2、1 年及以上人力资源主管或同岗位管理经验。With 1+ years of experience as HR Supervisor or equivalent management position.
