1.收益数据核算与分析：收集、整理、核对每日/月度营收数据（租金、房费、广告投放费等），确保数据来源准确；编制收益日/周/月报，搭建并维护收益分析报表及看板（Excel / BI 工具）。
Revenue Data Accounting & Analysis: Collect, organize, and verify daily/monthly revenue data (rent, room rates, advertising fees, etc.) to ensure data accuracy; prepare daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports, and build/maintain revenue analysis reports and dashboards (Excel/BI tools).
2.定价与收益策略支持：协助制定/执行动态定价、折扣政策、促销活动建议；监控价格执行情况及竞品价格变化，提出调价建议以提升 RevPAR / 出租率 / 填充率等核心指标。
Pricing & Revenue Strategy Support: Assist in developing/executing dynamic pricing, discount policies, and promotional activity recommendations; monitor pricing implementation and competitor price fluctuations, providing pricing adjustment suggestions to improve core metrics such as RevPAR, Occupancy Rate, and Fill Rate.
3.预算与预测：参与收入预算编制、滚动预测；对比实际收益与预算/同期差异，进行偏差分析与原因说明。
Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in revenue budget preparation and rolling forecasts; compare actual revenue against budget/historical data, conducting variance analysis and explaining discrepancies.
4.流程与合规：核对合同、账单、优惠政策是否符合审批流程；配合财务完成收入确认、对账及审计资料提供。
Process & Compliance: Verify that contracts, billing, and preferential policies comply with approval workflows; coordinate with Finance for revenue recognition, reconciliation, and the provision of audit documentation.
