Conduct regular training sessions for team members to continuously improve service skills and operational proficiency. Manage monthly attendance records and duty rosters.
各区域的运作情况,不断巡视各个岗位,能够在有突发事件发生时,可以及时处理。
Monitor operational status across all sections through continuous floor patrols. Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or unexpected incidents.
及时处理客人投诉和员工之间的工作沟通问题,合理调解工作中的一切问题。
Address guest complaints and resolve inter-staff communication issues promptly. Mediate workplace conflicts fairly and reasonably to maintain harmony.
随时检查各区域的运作情况,使之各项工作达到标准,并在过程中认真执行部门奖罚条例,做到奖罚分明。
Conduct ongoing inspections to ensure all operations meet established standards. Implement the department's incentive and disciplinary regulations consistently to ensure clear distinctions between rewards and penalties.
发现工作上的问题及时解决,主持每天例会,上传下达公司的有关通知、规章制度、规定等一些文件。
Identify and resolve operational issues immediately. Host daily briefings to communicate company announcements, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) effectively between management and staff.
做好各部门之间的沟通和协调,主动解决问题,并及时将问题反映给部门经理。
Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination. Proactively resolve issues and escalate critical matters to the Department Manager in a timely manner.
检查各区域的准备工作和员工的仪容仪表,不合格或不符合规定的要马上指正。
Inspect pre-shift preparations and staff grooming/personal presentation. Correct any non-compliance or substandard appearances immediately.
查看饮品、食品的出品要求,做好打苛、分单、分区工作。安排传酒员出单,使饮品、食品及时送到台房。
Verify food and beverage specifications, overseeing the order checking (KOT verification), splitting, and zoning processes. Coordinate runners to ensure timely delivery of orders to designated tables/rooms.
负责本区域员工纪律、礼貌礼仪、工作安排和处理日常事务,尽量要做到不偏不倚,能够公平、公正、公开。
Manage staff discipline, etiquette, shift arrangements, and daily operations within the assigned section. Uphold principles of impartiality, fairness, justice, and transparency in all supervisory matters.
收集员工在工作中的各种信息,并每日写好工作日记上交楼面经理,每天在班前或班后向楼面部经理汇报有关工作情况。
Gather operational feedback from staff and maintain a daily logbook for submission to the Floor Manager. Provide pre-shift or post-shift reports on operational status to the F&B Manager.
认真记录好每天的出品情况,以及和部门配合的情况,对于异常的事情要特别记录清楚,下班前将单据交予经理。
Accurately document daily outlet performance and inter-departmental coordination. Highlight and detail any irregularities. Submit all relevant reports and vouchers to the Manager before the end of the shift.
