4、Trains commis chefs, apprentices and interns to a high standard. 
 培训厨师，厨工及实习生，以提高其工作标准。
5、Works in all areas of food preparation as and when directed.

6、Ensures safe and correct use of pastry the equipment, tools and machinery.

7、Be sure that the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.

8、Buffets decoration items and show pieces.

9、Responsible for the pastry hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and storage areas.

10、Ensures that safety instructions are respected for the use of kitchen equipment.

11、Ensures that hygiene checks are carried out by an external laboratory in order to assess the results of his/her actions, and implements any corrective actions as necessary.
