We are seeking a passionate and experienced female Restaurant Manager to join our team, responsible for managing our Western-style restaurant and providing guests with an excellent European dining experience. As the Restaurant Manager, you will serve as the leader of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
职责和任务/Responsibilities：
1、监督餐厅日常运营，包括服务质量、员工表现、餐厅清洁和环境维护等方面。
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, including service quality, staff performance, restaurant cleanliness, and environment maintenance.
2、招聘、培训和管理餐厅员工，确保团队成员具备良好的专业素养和服务技能。
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff to ensure team members have good professional qualities and service skills.
3、制定并执行营销策略，吸引新客户并保持现有客户的满意度。
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and maintain satisfaction among existing customers.
4、管理库存和成本控制，确保食材和物品的采购与使用符合预算和质量标准。
Manage inventory and cost control to ensure the purchase and use of ingredients and items meet budget and quality standards.
5、负责制定并执行餐厅的运营计划和目标，确保实现经营目标和利润最大化。
Develop and execute operational plans and goals for the restaurant, ensuring achievement of business objectives and maximization of profits.
任职要求/Qualifications:
1、具有相关餐饮或酒店管理经验，特别是在高端餐厅或酒店的管理岗位。
Relevant experience in food and beverage or hotel management, especially in managerial positions in upscale restaurants or hotels.
2、出色的领导和团队管理能力，能够有效地指导和激励员工。
Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to effectively guide and motivate staff.
3、具备良好的组织和时间管理能力，能够有效地处理多项任务并应对突发情况。
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to effectively handle multiple tasks and respond to emergencies.
4、对西餐和欧洲文化有深入的了解和热爱，能够为客人提供专业的用餐建议和服务。
In-depth understanding and passion for Western cuisine and European culture, able to provide professional dining advice and service to guests.
