理解并贯彻在凯悦集团应付管理上的职责范围，以便于建立有效的系统，跟踪应付账款形成有效的现金流动管理。

根据会计部和控制部门的要求提供一个帐龄报告的汇总，以便让他们准备月报之用并确保酒店主要的供应商的不流失以及能以最低的成本供货。
获得日期章及保证所有的被允许的文件复印件（PR'S，PO’S，发货单，签过的收货记录）为将来的报销做准备。
处理每天的发票；例如，必须和被批准的收货记录和相关的支持文件相匹配。
准备帐户的分配。
分类并装订发票并分送给各个部门的负责人批准。
负责将日常采购单的采购数量、单价与已批准的采购申请进行对比。
根据市场采购定价单，定期抽查食品和酒水项目的采购单，看他们的价格和数量与每天收货报告的差异情况。
检查账户分配的精确性。
在实际准备付款之前，事先给财务部总监或副总监提供应付账款欠款的明细，并提交报销的计划。
准备付款申请及所有相关的支持文件，并提交申请最终的批准和签字。
为紧急支付提交和记录手工支票。
已收到货品和服务，但没有收到发票，要准备月底前预提。
协调并协助调节每月末实际盘点库存与账簿库存记录余额。
部门员工要确保行为的标准与凯悦的标准和凯悦财务运行的标准一致。
