全面理解凯悦在管理应收账目方面的目标，以便为信贷经理的活动提供有效的应收账款跟踪服务。
为会计和控制部门编制每月报告，提供详细的账龄报告。
为市场销售部的员工和部门经理提供所需的信息，以便他们对客户进行管理。
及时处理所有费用和信贷挂账。
全面熟悉信贷政策和流程。
确保所有通过夜审和营收审计的挂账和控制账户完全一致。
准备挂账调节表并由财务总监检查和签字，然后将调节表过入销售账户，或由前台收银员入账。
确保所有挂账账户的准确性，以及贷项被入账在各自相对应的账户。
及时处理发票和账单，提交每月中期收款通知，每月月末收款通知给客户。
确保发票和结算的录入是最新的，同时支付的期间是正确。
确保收回的支票及时记入挂账，未分配的贷方余额应是顺从的，在收到收据的同时在付款中产生的最小差异应被及时地清理掉。
每月协调应收账试算平衡和总账控制科目，并保证账龄准确。
监督和保持所有预收保证金的支持文件，并且在每月月底与总账平衡。
在处理对客户的询问、信用卡返款、未结算的平衡、及总信贷项目时与信贷经理随时保持联络。
为应收账户和信贷经理提供最新的按字母表顺序排列的往来账户文件。
确保所有旅游代理商支付的房费与合同相一致。
确保团队账单按照合同是完整的。
确保支付给旅游代理商的佣金是以核实后的计算机报告为基础。
指导下属确保生产率符合凯悦设计的标准和凯悦财务操作手册的要求。
