【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店人力资源日常管理工作，包括招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等模块的统筹与执行；
2、根据酒店业务需求，制定并执行招聘计划，确保各部门岗位及时补充合适人才；
3、组织新员工入职培训及在职员工的技能提升培训，完善培训体系并监督实施效果；
4、负责员工考勤、薪资核算、社保等事务性工作的审核与管理；
5、处理员工入职、转正、调岗、离职等手续，维护员工档案及人事系统数据；
6、协助制定并优化人力资源相关制度及流程，确保符合劳动法规及酒店管理要求；
7、协调员工关系，处理员工投诉及劳动纠纷，营造良好的工作氛围；
8、完成上级交办的其他行政人事相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉人力资源管理各模块工作流程，具备酒店行业相关经验者优先；
2、具备较强的招聘能力，能独立完成岗位需求分析、渠道拓展及面试评估；
3、良好的沟通协调能力，能妥善处理员工关系及跨部门协作事务；
4、熟练使用Office办公软件及人事管理系统，具备基础数据分析能力；
5、工作细致认真，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力及问题解决能力；
6、对劳动法规有一定了解，能确保人力资源工作合法合规开展。
