岗位职责

1、制订薪资福利政策和计划，管理、监控公司人力成本；

2、负责员工考勤管理和纪律监察；

3、执行薪酬福利管理系统和制度；

4、组织实施绩效考核制度；

5、收集公司内外部相关信息，建立资料库，完成对行业薪酬福利的调查，为上层决策提供数据支持；

6、按时完成人工成本、人工费用的分析报告；

7、确保员工工资、五项保险与住房公积金准确无误核算发放及缴纳，及时更新相关政策；

岗位要求

1. 大专以上学历；

2. 3年以上相关工作经验，至少2年以上薪酬管理实施经验；

3. 熟练掌握人力资源专业绩效、薪酬福利等领域，掌握薪酬设计方法，了解现代企业薪酬福利管理体系设计方法和薪酬福利管理流程，熟悉薪酬福利保险等方面的法律法规；

4. 为人正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨，保密性强；

5. 逻辑思维能力强，数字敏感度好，善于进行数据分析，具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
