1、岗位职责:
(1) 在主厨领导下开展厨房工作；
(2) 负责早餐煮品制作；
(3) 负责午餐、晚餐米饭蒸煮；
(4) 负责每日食材拣洗、切配、食材预处理；
(5)完成上级交代的其它工作。
2、任职要求：
(1) 身体健康，具有1年以上社会餐饮或食堂经验；
(2) 刀工熟练，了解食材保鲜规范；
(3) 能够独立完成早餐煮品制作；
(4) 工作态度积极认真，能够承受较强的工作压力。
