4、做好饼房设施设备清洁维护，确保日常运行顺畅；

6、自助餐要及时做好补充不准空盘；
7、与厨师长一起制定西点及面包的标准化制作过程；
8、建立饼房管理出品标准SOP；
9、开餐前的准备工作；
10、饼房地面及冰箱卫生消毒标准；
11、检查表的建立及执行；
12、冰箱温度每日记录表；
13、每月食品盘点及盘点记录；
14、饼房器皿季度盘点记录；
15、参加厨房例会并且能及时转达上级指示及出色完成工作安排。
