岗位职责
1、准备所有的烤制配料并烤制各种面包、面包卷、早餐甜点和其他简单的烤制食品。
2、在烤制盒内涂以牛油或垫上铝箔，在盒中使馅饼、生面成形。
3、将需要烤制的糕点、馅饼和各种食品放入烤箱，并将烤好的成品取出。
4、准备各种果冻和较少的生面。
5、做好并保持工作区域和设备的清洁工作。
6、确保有足量的糕点供应。任职要求
1、中专以上学历
2、具有西饼房相关工作经验1年以上。3、熟悉西式面包制作，有一定的创新意识。
