1.掌握薪资核算流程和薪酬体系的执行和维护过程。2.熟悉社会保险、公积金业务办理流程。
3.掌握人事工作流程及相关专业知识。
4. 有一定的督导、沟通、组织和协调能力。
5. 具备一定的处理突发事件和投诉的应变能力；善于协调处理员工关系，并具备处理劳动纠纷的能力。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2.具有较好的文字组织能力和语言表达能力，能起草各类文件。
3.熟悉Excel操作或相关人力工资系统操作，良好的工作责任心，为人公平，正直。
