岗位职责/职位描述

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  主要工作职责:

·Competent in the hotel’s sales system - Opera to support the hotel business.

能熟练运用酒店销售系统Opera, 支持与完成酒店业务指标。 .

·Clearly sales strategy on Travel trade industry, execute on achieving the sales goal.

清晰与可执行的针对旅行社行业的销售政策, 完成销售指标。

·Set the target list for Top-End Travel Agency, Tailor –made package is necessary and required.

设定具有高端目标客户的以及以高端定制为优势的旅行社合作伙伴。

·Monitor production by monthly basis, adjusting the workable strategy and channels to conquer the target revenue.

每月监控产量情况,调整可行的策略和利用合适的渠道达到目标收入。

·Acquire revenues predominantly for Rooms, Catering, Food & Beverage and Wellness revenue through all the channels, especially focus on achieving target revenue from travel agencies.

为房务,会议及宴会,餐饮以及水疗获得营业收入,主要实现来源于旅行社的收入目标。

·Proactively engage in the revenue generation processes by Yield and Revenue Management with Director of Sales.

有能力在获取收入的过程中运用收益管理的方式和销售总监一起最大限度地获取利润。

·Proactively seek to understand the dynamics of competing hotels, assigned or otherwise, and report on and activities that may impact our business strategies.

积极主动地发现竞争酒店的动向,汇报相关可能会影响我们的商业策略的活动。

·Proactively seek in-depth knowledge of accounts owned to understand its total revenue impact on the hotel for better negotiation opportunities.

积极主动地深入了解所拥有的客户情况,理解客户的产出对酒店整体的影响力以便更好地掌握谈判机会。

·Coordinate business with the Events team to ensure seamlessness of events and delivery of the sales promise.

与宴会销售紧密配合展开业务发展,避免与销售承诺有任何偏差。

·Maintain the business and account database in Opera and participates in direct marketing assignments.

定期更新维护Opera系统中的客户和生意数据库,直接参与销售活动分配。

·Cross-sell all Aman properties where possible and asks for leads all of the time

主动交叉销售其他安缦集团的姊妹酒店同时寻求索取对方生意机会。

·Respond to all sales enquiries within 24 hours.

24小时之内回复所有销售询问。

·Lead and conduct site-inspections.

酒店销售参观。

·Lead in and engage clients through business development events.

通过业务发展活动结识并发展新客户

·Available to travel when appropriate.

在合适的时候安排销售差旅。

·Attend the weekly S&M meeting and the related meetings.

参加每周市场销售部会议以及其它相关会议。

·Maintain positive staff relations.

与员工保持积极的关系。

·Producing efficient work schedules.

制定有效率的工作时间表。

·Attend to the sales phone calls and all incoming telephone calls within 3 rings.

必须接听所有销售电话,3声之内接听。

·Grow relationships with Group Sales Office Worldwide to solicit business opportunities.

与集团销售人员建立良好的关系以便获得更多商业机会。
