Disinfect dishwares before meal time, every dishware should dry up and tidy up.
每餐前要把餐具清洗消毒，所有餐具要求干燥清洁。
According to disinfectant blend scale to make dish-cleaning operation.
清洗餐具要严格按照消毒药剂的配比完成。
Dishwasher should make check up frequently, if there are some troubles on dishwasher need to make fault repair while stop the machine at once.
洗碗机要定期检查运转状况，有异常要马上停机并报工程部修理。
Prepare dishes on the dish table punctually in the light of meal time.
要严格按照员工餐厅的开餐时间前把当餐所需要的餐具送上发餐台。
Operate pressure gun – vacuum cleaner –scrubbing machine.
安全的使用洗碗机，高压水枪，吸水器，洗地机。
Assist chef de partie in conducting inventories and handling breakage.
协助对破损餐具列出清单。
